“Someone would like to speak to you,” he says.
“Is this a joke?” you think to yourself. “Am I dreaming?”

Jus then the star gets on the phone, introduces herself and says, “I’d like to work with you.”
You’re life changes in an instant.

Two months ago he entered a contest that called for musicians to remix Beyoncé’s “End of Time” single. He wasn’t the only one. In four weeks nearly 3,000 mixes were submitted. A total of 1.65 million online votes were cast by fans of Beyoncé with the diva selecting the winner.
This is the Skype conversation in which Beyoncé surprises Jimek with the news that he was crowned king of the “End of Time” Remix. It happened at 2 a.m. while he slept in a hotel in Berlin.
