Feistodon’s Interactive Video

Some time ago as a contribution to Record Store Day ballad songstress Feist and hard rockers Mastodon released a vinyl 7-inch single that featured Mastodon covering Feist’s song “A Commotion” and Feist covering Mastodon’s “Black Tongue”.

They titled the project Feistodon (get it?)

Only 5000 records were pressed and they sold out instantly.

Now, the collaboration is being released in digital form for all the world to enjoy.

There’s also a really cool  “Feistodon” music video directed by Vice Cooler. It’s an interactive video that simultaneously matches both artists’ versions of the song “A Commotion” and allows the viewer to cross-fade between Mastodon’s version and the original Feist version using a fader at the bottom.
